We hadden gezien dat daar een mooi bos lag met een wandelroute van 5 kilometer die door de oude en gevarieerde bossen van boswachterij Ruurlo loopt. De wandeling begint bij restaurant De Heikamp en wij hadden naast een wandeling ook zin in koffie. De lucht was wat grauw, maar we lieten ons daar niet door afschrikken.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het eerste stuk liep lekker rustig door het bos, met af en toe een open veld ertussen. Mooie paden, maar eerlijk is eerlijk: het bleef vooral bos. Geen grote verrassingen, wel veel bladeren\u00a0 en daar waren we niet rouwig om. De geur van natte aarde en gevallen blad maakte het een echte herfstdag.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Halverwege begon het te regenen. Eerst een paar druppels, toen wat meer, en voor we het wisten waren we die \u00e9chte wandelaars die dapper blijven doorlopen \u201comdat het vast zo weer ophoudt\u201d. Dat deed het dus niet. Na een tijdje vonden we het welletjes: genoeg herfstgevoel voor vandaag.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gelukkig lag De Heikamp precies bij het eindpunt te wachten met koffie, thee en vooral appeltaart.
