Het pad naar het observatorium is in eerste instantie niet zo heel spannend: dwars door de duinen, je hoort de herrie van industrie en van de wind die door de masten klappert van de zeilboten in de haven.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daarna daal je een trap af en kom je in iets natter gebied. Een vlonderpad brengt je hier verder. Dat loopt over ondergelopen duingebied en zorgt dat je voeten in ieder geval d\u00e1\u00e1r droog blijven. Het dak is bedekt met riet; het laatste riet dat uit de Scheelhoek afkomstig was, een natuurgebied dat ernaast ligt. Maar je komt hier natuurlijk voor de vogels: er zijn visdiefjes, dwergsterns, bontbekplevieren, of misschien een tureluur, kluut of lepelaar. Heb je heel veel geluk?
