Het Giezenpad door het Harderbroek is officieel een laarzenpad van 2,9 kilometer. Dat is geen suffe suggestie. Het eerste deel van de route liep door een sprookjesachtig wilgenbos. Mooie bomen vol met mos en kronkelende stammen. Maar al vrij snel kwam ik uit op een open weide, die ik op een bepaald moment moest oversteken.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dit bleek uiteindelijk nog best een uitdaging, zeker omdat het in de afgelopen dagen best wat had geregend. Het was zompig en drassig en ik zakte nogal ver weg in de modder. Daarna werd het gelukkig beter en liep ik zomaar tegen het hoogtepunt van de route aan: de vogelkijkhut met uitzicht op open water. Helaas heb ik niet veel meer kunnen zien dan een gezellige krakeend, maar op goeie dagen zit hier dus blijkbaar van alles! Met name de roerdomp zou hier zitten. En lepelaars, rietzangers, grutto\u2019s en &#8211; als je heel veel geluk hebt &#8211; zelfs een zeearend. Je zit er ook heerlijk, beschut en met uitzicht, dus als je flink de tijd hebt, neem dan vooral ook een thermosflesje mee.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toen ik het rietland doorkruist had, kwam ik uit bij een rieten hut die de welkomsthut genoemd werd.
